Grayson loves bath time. His very first bath was given to him by Nurse Laura at the hospital. She kept him wrapped in a swaddling blanket to keep him warm.
For the first two weeks of his life his bath was simply a washcloth bath. This is a picture of his first "bath" at home. Next he was ready for a real bath...
These baths took place in the laundry room sink. The bath tub at my parents home is very deep, and lifting a slippery wet baby out of it didn't seem like a task I felt comfortable taking on. Grayson loved the baths in the sink. He especially loved having a cup of warm water poured constantly over his tummy.
However, soon he outgrew the laundry room sink...
We moved into our new house, and now Grayson has a bathroom (and tub) of his own. He LOVES to kick his legs, and giggles as he splashes us and himself with water. He still loves to have water poured over his tummy, but now he likes to hold onto the cup as well.
I love the way he's looking so adoringly at Adam in this picture. Just precious! He LOVES his Daddy!
