Feeding the Ducks

It was a beautiful day so we took Grayson over to the Bothell Landing park to run around and feed the ducks.

The ducks have to be quick about it. Grayson throws them a bite of food, and then quickly runs after them.

Soon after I snapped this picture, Grayson fell in a puddle getting himself completely soaked in murky green water. Yuck!

Adam helped feed the ducks too. 

Grayson has such an adventurous spirit, and loves to explore everything at the park. I love the way his face beams when he runs through the grass and looks for birds or worms. I love that he climbs to the highest slide and yells my name to make sure I see how high he's climbed. I love how he rushed ahead on the bridge to peer down at the water below. I love that he makes a drum out of anything! I love that he holds his arms out on the swing and pretends to be flying. I hope he never loses his sense of adventure!
