This summer we made a bucket of things we wanted to do throughout the summer months. One of the things that Grayson added to the list was going blueberry picking. Both of my kids LOVE blueberries. We went to the u-pick spot in Bellevue one morning to load up.
Grayson did a great job and was very careful to only pick the berries that were blue.
While we were in the field he kept telling me how much fun he was having.
Makenna even tried to pick a few berries, but mostly ended up with handfuls of leaves. It was slow going and in the end we didn't even have a full pound of berries, but we all had a great time.
