with Grayson in tow.
It was my first outing with the little man without the help of Adam or my parents. I was a little nervous about it, but mostly I was just looking forward to it. So far the car seat has been one of Grayson's least favorite places to be. You can imagine then that car rides are not much fun for him either (or me for that matter!). Earlier in the week my mom and I tried to take him out...we made it about a mile down the road before deciding to put up the white flag and surrender to the wishes of the crying baby.
This brings us to where I decided it was time to use the pacifier. I'd been told not to use it until about 4 weeks of age. I soon decided that 3 weeks was close enough. Ha! Well, Grayson loves the pacifier and now I love the pacifier too because it allowed me to make a trip to Target and Costco!
We have this great mirror in the car that allows me to see Grayson while I'm driving. I think he likes being able to check himself out as well!
Target is one of my favorite stores ever, so I was looking forward to going in. Grayson wasn't nearly as excited because he slept the entire time we were there! I think this is a trait he got from his Daddy. Shopping seems to lull both of them to sleep!
