Over the river and through the woods to Grandmother's house we go!

Last weekend we went over the river and through the woods to my family's cabin on Lake Wenatchee. I love waking up to the fog lifting over glass-like water with the sun making the snow glitter (especially when I'm sitting by the fire sipping on hot cocoa!).

Due to my pregnancy and some renovating that my parents are doing, I hadn't been to the cabin since the fall! I was so excited to get up there. It was Grayson's first time there, and he loved it! My sweet boy was a perfect traveler. He slept on the car ride there, did great sleeping in the pack n play in a new room, and loved soaking in every moment of spending time with family.
Here's our family photo in the snow. We bundled Grayson up in multiple layers and went for a walk. Burrrrr! It was cold! Grayson stayed toasty warm though. :)

Here's my little elf. Ha!

We followed the river and went through more woods to Grandmother's house in Cashmere and Grayson got to meet his Great-Grandma Lily. It was such a special visit. We had four generations there!
Overall I think Grayson enjoyed his first trip to the cabin. It will be the first of many!
