Lullaby and Goodnight

These pictures have nothing to do with the post, but I thought they were just too cute not to share. I love the drool that is pouring down his chin. The doctor says he isn't teething yet. I can only imagine how much drool he'll be producing when he starts cutting teeth!
For the past few days (and nights) we have been trying the cry-it-out method. The first night Grayson cried for 30 minutes and fell back to sleep. The next night he cried for 15 and fell back to sleep. Although he was still waking up for a feeding at 4:30, we were amazed at how well he was doing. Sunday night was not so great. Grayson cried for over an hour, and even with soothing and a feeding it took quite awhile for him to fall back to sleep.
Last night was a complete 180. After his dream feed at 10pm, Grayson didn't wake up until 6am! I don't want to jinx it, but this plan may be working! His naps are getting continually better as well. There have been a couple days where he just couldn't get into a deep sleep on his own. However, he has been getting significantly better about drifting off to sleep on his own after about 10-15 minutes of fussiness and/or tears. I'm excited to see how tonight goes!
This morning Grayson and I went to BCS to watch the musical my mom's students are doing. Grayson has such a great time and was even "singing" along with the music at one point! He loved watching the kids dance around. I wonder if he'll do a musical with my mom one day. :) The musical was so good. We're going to watch again on Thursday when they preform on a big stage for their family and friends.

Well... my hubby challenged me to a game of Wii bowling, so I have to go show him who the real bowler is in the family. :) Have a blessed day!
