You've heard of Christmas in July, but Christmas in October? Well this year my family started the holiday season off early with the annual Johnson Family Christmas Party this weekend. Grayson and I went over to the cabin on Friday, and played with Nana and Papa for the evening. Grayson loves looking at himself in the mirror, so he was thrilled when he discovered the full length mirror on the closet.
It's blurry, but I LOVE this picture! That face!
On Saturday Adam came over, and we all headed to Cashmere for the party. The weather was amazing, so we spent some time sitting out in the sun.

Grayson loves playing in the grass.
Auntie Katelyn carrying on the tradition of horse bites! G giggles every time!
Grandma Lily lives across the street from my Aunt and Uncle who were hosting the party, so we went over for a visit. Grayson loved having a new house to explore. Grandma loaded us up with cookies, apple bread and brownies...like only Grandma's can do.
In honor of Papa Dick we played a "guess how much candy is in the jar" game. As usual I was WAY off. I think Grayson thought it was a giant rattle.
Such a cute couple. :)
We played a giant tournament of Corn Hole. I'm proud to say that my team won (although Kerry filled my spot for the championship game, so I can't fully claim victory.). We had a gift exchange, and my family spoiled Grayson with new toys and a darling outfit. And the holiday season began with a bang!

Cute pictures!
ReplyDeleteoh, I can hear Grandma's giggle in this picture! She must have loved seeing him!
