President's Day Weekend 2013

We went to the cabin for President's Day weekend this year. It was our first time up since we had the big storm there. There were literally hundreds of trees down just in the area around our cabin. It was amazing to see. No wonder our side of the lake was evacuated. It would have been incredibly dangerous to be in that area, never knowing when another tree would crack or which one it would be. Scary.

There wasn't a ton of snow, but we still got out to enjoy the crunchy snow that was still there. It was a very relaxing weekend (as it always is at the cabin). Time to enjoy my family in one of my favorite on earth.

He LOVED the snow, and wanted to climb the "mountains" on the side of the road.

These two love playing outside together. You'll see in the video below that they played a TON together  this weekend. The music in the video is Grayson's current favorite song.
