Farmer Grayson

Grayson's first Halloween! I love this time of year. The changing colors in nature, the crispness in the air. The warm drinks and cozy sweaters. The gathering inside with family and the glow of an evening fire. And traditions. I love traditions, and especially traditions for a celebration or holiday. Our family traditions for Halloween are simple.

Eat lots of chili, dress up in a fun costume and go trick-or-treating. We had already accomplished the chili eating at the afternoon party at our home.
Next on the tradition agenda was dressing up. Since G had no say this year, I decided he would be a farmer. He made one pretty cute farmer, don't you think?
He wasn't too sure about the hat, but he at least let it hang off his neck for the evening. Adam and I took him down to the Mill Creek Town Center where we met up with my parents, Katelyn and Kerry and their puppy pumpkin, Bauer. Store owners passed out candy to the masses of kids. We sipped on coffee and admired costumes.
Grayson didn't get to eat any candy this year, but I think he still had a lot of fun!
