It all started on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Grayson suddenly decided that he was done nursing...and done with bottles! This created a problem since he still needs those nutrients as he continues to grow.
After over a week of using sippy cups, spoons, and even using a medicinal syringe to squirt milk into his mouth...he decided to start taking a bottle again. Due to other complications throughout the week, he has also now switched to formula. For a baby who has only had the occasional bottle and tasted formula twice, this was a big deal.
I had to capture a few pictures of the last bottle of milk that he took. A bittersweet moment indeed.
