Three Months Old!

Little Miss Makenna is three months old. She is making so many changes! She's gone through a huge growth spurt and is really filling in. She has the cutest chubby cheeks!

She has started to roll over now from her stomach to her back. It takes her awhile to do it, but once she does it once, she can hardly stop.

She coos all the time in her sweet tiny voice. I love "talking" with her.

She's sleeping much better and is much more predictable. She's getting on a better schedule (and I'm getting better about making her stick to it). She hasn't been swaddled since about 2 1/2 months. She was just ready to be in a sleep sack. Much easier.

Her very favorite person in the entire world is her brother. She could just watch him all day and be perfectly content.

Makenna loves to sit in her swing in the family room and play with a little ball. It has lots of places where she can hold onto it. I think her goal the entire time she's playing with it is to get it into her mouth.

She's in size 3 and 3-6 month clothes. Although some of the size 3 month clothes are starting to fit tight.

She's in size one diapers, but not for long.

Her hair has been growing back in, and it's blonde. I was a blonde baby too, so it'll be fun to see if she eventually goes brown.

Makenna is such a happy baby. You can usually get a smile out of her when you tell her she's pretty or beautiful. I love that.

Still no dairy for her. I'm ok to eat a little bit, but if I have a lot in one day then I know she's going to pay for it.

She sits in the bouncer chair while I get ready in the morning. She just watches me and smiles whenever she catches my eye. 

She's eating every 2 1/2 - 4 hours (usually right around 3 hours). 

She loves going for walks either in the Ergo carrier or in the stroller. She just looks around the entire time. She rarely naps while we're out for walks. I think it's because she doesn't want to miss a thing!

Tummy is a favorite. Grayson asks to do tummy time with her all the time. They get down on the floor together and just smile at each other. She drools a ton until she finally rolls over.

This last month I read a book with both Grayson and Makenna for the first time. We cuddled up on the chair in the nursery together. I loved every minute of it...and so did they.

It is such an incredible blessing to be a Mommy to this sweet girl. What a joy she is.
