I woke up one Saturday morning with a need for adventure. Do you ever have those days? You just want to do something new and exciting! I woke up Adam (I let him sleep in a little), and asked if he'd be interested in driving to Mt. Rainer for a hike. Once he decided that I was actually serious, he said yes. We packed up the car and took off.
After a LONG drive we got out of the car and saw this amazing mountain. Oh God is so creative!
We went for a walk on this little trail that was perfect for us. It was an easy walk that Grayson could do on his own, and lots of room for him to run around.
We drove up to Paradise, but the parking lot was full. In fact, the side of the road was full of parked cars all the way back down the loop! It was crazy how many other people were up there! We still got to enjoy the view from the car, and then we pulled off at a lower stop a little ways down the mountain.
It was a long drive getting there, but we all had a lot of fun.
