It has been cloudy, cold and rainy here a lot lately, so I have been trying to get creative with the activities we can do indoors in hopes of keeping both of us entertained. I found this idea on Pinterest, and it's one we will certainly do again in the future.
You squirt two colors of paint into a plastic bag, seal the bag and tape it down to the table or high chair tray. First we talked about the colors we had put into the bag, then I told him to try and swirl the colors together. We talked about the new color we saw in the bag, green, and I told him to try and make the whole bag green.
It was a good learning activity for Grayson, and it allowed him to paint without the messy cleanup.
